Misty (aka Miss Mistopholes)
Stalking Gumtree paid off :-) They’re really sweet, Misty is minute compared to Phoebe – they’re from two separate litters but get on really well. The theory behind two is they’ll be happy playing with each other and when we introduce them to Gymmie (an act we’re putting off for as long as possible) they’ll leave him well enough alone. Either that or they’ll gang up on him – poor Gymmie, if he does have a tenuous hold on his version of sanity – it’ll be severed as soon as he sees them.
Jessica and Tamsyn are very quickly learning that kittens who sleep all day long come very much alive at night. So far they’ve each had a turn to sleep in Tamsyn’s room with them (they’ve taken a liking to Tamsyn’s room probably find Jessica a bit daunting/untidy/confusing) and both have experienced sleepless nights. It’s my turn tonight and Wouter’s tomorrow (that’s the theory).
